South Coast Jeweler provides expedited shipping on all orders. In addition, your items are securely packaged and fully insured from the minute they leave the store until the time they reach your home or office. We urge you to inspect the package for damage or tampering before accepting or signing for receipt.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
We realize jewelry is often purchased as a surprise and we will help to keep the secret as best as we can. However, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we don’t allow shipment sent to an address other than your credit card billing address.
All orders are insured and shipped free via UPS or FedEx
Following shipment, orders will arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday), depending on the pre-tax value of your order. For your protection, South Coast Jeweler will:
• Only ship to a street address
• Not ship to a P.O. Box address, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
• Require a signature for all orders, regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx.
• If you are not available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.
